These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Wabash Frisco & Pacific Association ("we," "our," "us") for the purchase of train tickets and related services. By purchasing tickets or otherwise using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

1. General Terms

Wabash Frisco & Pacific Association offers train travel services and sells train tickets. By purchasing tickets from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed separately.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • Ticket Orders: When you purchase tickets through our website or other channels, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including personal details and payment information.

  • Ticket Availability: While we make every effort to ensure the availability of tickets, tickets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including if there is a pricing or other error in the order.

  • Payment: You agree to pay for all tickets and services provided. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and we accept various payment methods, such as credit cards and other approved payment processors.

  • Confirmation: Once your ticket purchase is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or other notification. You are responsible for reviewing the details in the confirmation to ensure accuracy. If there are any issues, you must contact us promptly.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified. We will honor refunds and cancellations as per our refund policy and applicable laws. If your trip is canceled by us for any reason, we will provide a refund or reschedule your travel.

  • No Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled train service, your ticket will be considered void, and no refund will be issued.

4. Use of Our Services

  • Travel Behavior: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules while using our services. This includes adhering to conduct policies related to ticketing, boarding, travel, and behavior while on board the train.

  • Prohibited Actions: You must not engage in disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior during your travel. We reserve the right to remove passengers from the train or deny boarding if they engage in unlawful or unsafe behavior.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We respect your privacy. The personal information we collect is used solely for the purpose of processing ticket purchases and providing customer service related to your travel. 6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Wabash Frisco & Pacific and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without our express written consent.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wabash Frisco & Pacific is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, delays, cancellations, or accidents during travel.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, governmental regulations, or other emergencies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after such changes are posted, you accept and agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, unless otherwise specified. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third party and governed by the laws of Missouri.
