Missouri bluebells (*Mertensia virginica), also called Virginia bluebells, are stunning native wildflowers known for their pastel pink buds that open to drooping, bell-shaped blue flowers in moist woodlands like the Al Foster Train and the Rock Hollow Trail, peaking around mid-April.
